You can require your vendors to accept a consignment agreement before they can access their dashboard.
To upload an agreement,
- Visit the Settings page and click on the Consignment Agreement tab.
- Upload your agreement and click the green Save Changes button.
Supported file types: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .pages, .xls, .xlsx, .numbers, .csv, .ods
Maximum file size: 5MB
The next time your vendors log into ConsignMint, they'll be asked to review and accept the agreement before they can access their dashboard:
You can upload a new document at any time and your vendors will be prompted to review and accept the new agreement.
Vendor acceptance history
On the Settings page under the Consignment Agreement tab, you'll see a history of acceptance dates for the consignment agreement document you have uploaded.
Please note: Removing a document and saving that change will remove any vendor acceptance history for that document. That action cannot be undone.
