Vendors need to be added in your Shopify admin and then they'll be synced to ConsignMint.
If your vendor(s) aren't showing up in ConsignMint:
- Check to make sure the product(s) you've added for the vendor(s) are associated with those vendors — meaning the vendor name appears in the field as shown in the screenshot below.
- Next, initiate a sync from your ConsignMint dashboard. Your ConsignMint dashboard should automatically stay up-to-date, but if something gets stuck, it doesn't hurt to manually initiate a sync.
